The house

Built in 2017, the house has Mediterranean-style interiors with stoneware floors and light-coloured furniture. The fenced property has neighbours nearby, front and back terraces, a large parasol and a mobile barbecue. The back terrace connects directly to the dining area, which seats six. The living room has satellite TV and opens onto the dining area. The open kitchen has basic equipment for simple meals, including a ceramic hob, microwave and kitchen utensils.

All three bedrooms are on the first floor and have wardrobes. Two bedrooms each have two single beds, and the third has a double bed. One twin bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom. The two other bathrooms have a shower and a bathtub respectively. Two cots and two high chairs are available. Ducted air-conditioning provides cooling only, and free Wi-Fi is available. There is no pool or on-property parking.

Can Picafort beach has sunbed and parasol rentals, beach bars, restaurants and toilets. The promenade has bars, restaurants, shops and ice-cream parlours. Capellans–Playa de Muro towards Puerto de Alcúdia is backed by dunes and has fewer services. Alcúdia old town is about 12 km away.
