House rules
The person booking must be at least 21 years old. Pets are not permitted; undisclosed pets brought without approval incur a $500 fine per pet. Smoking is prohibited. Smoking violations incur a $500 cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking-related damage beyond that fee. Respect neighbors and community noise rules; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
Getting there
The home is part of a duplex within the Eagle Crest community. The hot tub faces the street and offers minimal to no privacy. Parking is limited to the garage and driveway; street parking is prohibited.
