The house

This home is part of a duplex and accommodates up to 10 guests. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, TV and ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen bed and TV; Bedroom 4 has two twin beds. There are three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Bedrooms have linens, towels, pillows and comforters, with linens available for additional sleeping arrangements.

The open-plan living area has vaulted ceilings and a stone fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, oven and stove, with counter seating and a dining table. The back deck has a hot tub, grill and outdoor dining table. The hot tub faces the street and offers minimal to no privacy.

Guests have access to shared Eagle Crest amenities, including playgrounds, golf courses and walking paths. The home also has air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washer and dryer, and a fitness room or fitness equipment. A pack n' play travel crib is available; a high chair can be provided on request with at least 24 hours' advance notice.
