The studio has a king-size bed in the common living and sleeping space, a sofa, a dining area and one bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV are provided. The building has a lift serving the upper floor. An iron, ironing board, clothes rack and hair dryer are available.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A washing machine is also provided.

The cable car to Monte, the Cathedral, restaurants, a supermarket, terraces and Old Town shops are nearby. A public car park, buses and a taxi rank are two minutes away on foot.
