House rules
Smoking, pets and parties/events are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Go directly to the apartment and contact the team on arrival to complete check-in. Check-in is available daily from 15:00 to midnight; check-out is before 11:00. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 50.00 per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if it was not collected when booking, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation has no penalty until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in, cancellation incurs 100% of the total prepayment amount. No-shows incur 100% of the total prepayment amount.
Getting there
Lavradores Market is 20 metres away. A public car park, buses and a taxi rank are two minutes away on foot. Airport aerobus stop four (Market) is 15 metres from the building. The upper floor is reachable by lift.
