The villa has one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each. Bathroom facilities comprise three bathrooms with bathtubs and one separate toilet.
Outdoor spaces include a garden with furniture, a terrace, balcony and barbecue, with golf-course and swimming-pool views. The private pool opens from 1 June to 30 September.
The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, toaster and kettle. A washing machine, iron, hair dryer and TV are provided. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and open-air parking at the same building are included.
A baby travel bed is available on request. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. Mandatory final cleaning costs €155.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price, and VAT is included in the accommodation price.
