House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Contact the team on arrival and phone with your arrival time once at your destination. Final cleaning is mandatory at € 30.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price; if it was not collected when booking, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request. Transfers are optional and cost extra. Cancellation is free until eight days before check-in; from seven days before check-in, and for a no-show, the charge is 100% of the total rent.
Getting there
A number 28 tram stop is directly in front of the building. Baixa/Chiado metro station is a five-minute walk away. The building has a lift.
