The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a TV and single sofa bed, and one bathroom with a shower. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, iron and hair dryer are available. The building has a lift. Bed linen, towels, internet access and air conditioning are included. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request, and a transfer service can be arranged at an additional cost.
The apartment is near Chiado and Bairro Alto, with restaurants, bars, Fado houses and viewpoints nearby. Trindade Theater is across from the apartment; São Carlos opera house and Baixa/Chiado metro station are each a five-minute walk away. A number 28 tram stop is directly in front of the building, and taxis are available by the building entrance.
