House rules
No smoking or pets. Contact the team 45 minutes before arrival and go directly to the villa. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Remaining payments must be made in cash. Standard check-in is daily from 15:00 to 23:00; arrivals between 23:00 and 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. Check out before 11:00. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 275.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Bed linen, towels, air conditioning and internet access are included. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided only for the first day. Optional transfers cost extra. Cancellation is penalty-free until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in through arrival, and for no-shows, the charge is 100% of the total prepayment amount.
Getting there
A bus stop within walking distance provides a direct service to Funchal. Exterior video surveillance covers the swimming pool, car park and barbecue area.
