House rules
No smoking. No pets. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. A refundable security deposit of €200 per booking is payable in cash on arrival and is returned on departure day or the day before, following a thorough property inspection. Mandatory final cleaning costs €65 per booking. Tourist tax is mandatory and included in the final price; if not collected when booking, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Arrivals from 20:00 to midnight incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee; arrivals from midnight to 07:00 incur a EUR 50 fee, payable in cash at check-in. For arrivals outside office hours, arrange key collection with the agency and pay the total amount in advance. Cancellation is free until 8 days before check-in; cancellation from 7 days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the rental amount.

Guincho Beach is 4 km away; Cascais centre is 8 km away; Malveira da Serra is 1 km away; Azóia is 5 km away; Cabo da Roca is 4.3 miles away. The house occupies a mountaintop setting. Access to the upper floor is by elevator only. Take care in outdoor areas and supervise children, despite the protective measures.
