The house

The 64 m² house accommodates four guests and has a living room, an equipped kitchen and one shared bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 1 has a double bed on the lower floor; Bedroom 2 has two single beds on the upper floor. Air conditioning covers the whole house, and Wi-Fi and TV are available.

The private 800 m² outdoor space includes a garden, terrace, outdoor dining area, barbecue, slides and swings. The house is in a quiet mountaintop setting with views towards Guincho Beach and the Atlantic Ocean.

The house is adapted for guests with reduced mobility, including wheelchair users. A garden ramp leads to the house, and an internal elevator provides the only access to the upper floor; there are no stairs to that floor. Care is advised in outdoor areas and when supervising children, despite the protective measures.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, toaster and kettle. A hair dryer, bed linen and towels are provided. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request, and a transfer service is available at an additional cost.

Guincho Beach is 4 km away, Cascais centre is 8 km away, and Malveira da Serra, with restaurants, a supermarket and local shops, is 1 km away. Azóia is 5 km away and Cabo da Roca is 4.3 miles away.
