The 70 m² apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living room opening onto the terrace, a garden and one bathroom with a bathtub. The living room has a sofa bed for one or two children, and a baby travel bed is available on request.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Other facilities include a TV, washing machine, iron and hair dryer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. The communal swimming pool opens from 1 June to 30 September.
Martim Moniz is close to Baixa, shops, restaurants, cafés and museums, with public transport connections. Transfers are available at an additional cost. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only.
