House rules
No smoking. No pets. Notify the team in advance if the living-area wall bed will be used. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Final cleaning costs €50 per booking. Arrivals between 23:00 and 06:00 incur a €30 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. Toilet paper and shower gel are supplied for the first day only. Cancellation is without penalty until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in, cancellation incurs 100% of the total prepayment amount. No-shows incur 100% of the total prepayment amount.
Getting there
The apartment occupies an oceanfront cliff-top setting on Estrada Monumental. Formosa Beach is nearby; Continente Supermarket and Madeira Forum Shopping Mall are steps away. Funchal's historic old town is a short bus ride along Estrada Monumental.
