The house

The apartment accommodates four guests with a king-size bed in the ocean-view bedroom and a concealed queen-size wall bed in the living area. The bedroom has a Molaflex mattress, wardrobe storage, electric blackout blinds, reading lamps and bedside power points with adapters. The wall bed has a Mindol orthopedic mattress; notify the team before arrival if you need it prepared. The open-plan living and dining area includes a sofa, armchair, Smart TV and a furnished balcony overlooking the Atlantic. Sea and mountain views are available.

The kitchen has quartz countertops, marble finishes, German appliances, a hob, oven, grill, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, dishes and cooking equipment, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. An in-unit washer/dryer, iron and hair dryer are provided. The ensuite bathroom has a shower and a water-jet bathtub, with solar-heated hot water backed up by gas. There is also a separate toilet. Air conditioning, central heating, Wi-Fi and a garage in the same building are available; the building has a lift.

Shared Madeira Palace facilities include four swimming pools in landscaped gardens, with adult pools, a saltwater infinity pool and a children's pool among the described facilities. Three sea-view sun decks have deck chairs. Guests also have access to an air-conditioned gym and two ground-floor social lounges suitable for relaxation or business meetings.

Formosa Beach is nearby. Continente Supermarket and Madeira Forum Shopping Mall are steps away, and a short bus ride along Estrada Monumental reaches Funchal's historic old town. The nearby Lido Promenade extends 3 km along the coast for walks, cycling and access to swimming complexes. Palheiro Golf Club and Santo da Serra Golf Club are also nearby.

Bed linen, towels, air conditioning, internet access and garage parking are included. Final cleaning costs €50 per booking. Toilet paper and shower gel are supplied for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request. A transfer service is available at an additional cost, payable in cash at the time of transfer.
