House rules
No smoking. No pets. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Contact the team upon arrival and phone with your arrival time once at your destination. Remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 40.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected at reservation, it must be paid at check-in. VAT is included in the accommodation price. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied only for the first day. A baby travel bed is available on request. Optional transfers have an additional charge. Cancellation carries no penalty until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
Getting there
Lx Factory and its public parking are next to the apartment. Trains, buses, trams and a taxi station are nearby. Historic central Lisbon or Belém is about 20 minutes away, depending on the direction taken.
