The house

The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, one bathroom with a shower, and a bright living room with a sofa. The separate electric kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

Wi-Fi, a TV, washing machine, iron and hair dryer are available. Bed linen, towels and internet access are included. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request, and a transfer service can be arranged at an additional cost.

Lx Factory’s restaurants, cafés and shops are next door, along with paid public parking. Alcântara has nightlife around its docks and former factories, as well as churches, palaces, cafés and bookstores. Nearby transport options include trains, buses, trams and a taxi station. Historic central Lisbon or Belém can be reached in about 20 minutes, depending on the direction taken.
