The house is in a family-friendly neighborhood and has one bedroom with a double bed, a single bed in the common spaces, and one bathroom with a shower. Outdoor facilities include a garden, terrace, barbecue and shared swimming pool. Open-air parking is available.
The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, freezer, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The house also has Wi-Fi, a TV, an iron and a hair dryer. Bed linen, towels and internet access are included.
A baby travel bed is available upon request, and a transfer service can be arranged for an additional cost. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 70.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the final price; if it has not been collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in.
