House rules
No smoking. No pets. Notify the team before arrival if the sofa bed will be used. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. Final cleaning is mandatory at € 60.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Check-in is available daily from 15:00 to midnight; check-out is before 11:00. Cancellation is free from booking until 31 days before check-in. From 30 days before check-in through arrival, cancellation incurs 100% of the total prepayment amount; the same charge applies to a no-show.
Getting there
Madeira International Airport is 17 kilometres away by car. The apartment is close to Funchal's Old Town, Lavradores Market, the cable car, beaches and bus stations. Parking is in the building's basement; the building has a lift.
