The house

The apartment has a queen-size bed in the bedroom, a double sofa bed in the common space and one bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning serves all bedrooms and living rooms. Furnishings include beds with Molaflex mattresses, a high-definition Smart TV, a safe, an iron and a hair dryer. A baby travel bed is available on request.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, bed linen, towels and garage parking are included. Washing machines and dryers are in a shared laundry room. The building has a lift and a private basement car park.

Guests share a rooftop terrace with panoramic views of Funchal Harbour, including views of the New Year fireworks. The complex's outdoor area has video surveillance. The apartment is close to the Old Town, Lavradores Market, the cable car, beaches, museums, shopping streets, cafés, bars, gardens, bus stations and supermarkets. Madeira International Airport is 17 kilometres away by car.

Notify the team before arrival if the sofa bed will be used so it can be prepared. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. Final cleaning is a mandatory € 60.00 charge per booking; tourist tax is included in the total price.
