House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Go directly to the apartment and contact the team on arrival to complete identification and receive access instructions. Remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 60.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Bed linen, towels, air conditioning, internet access and garage parking are included. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request. The published cancellation schedule has no penalty from booking until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in, cancellation incurs 100% of the total prepayment amount. No-show incurs 100% of the total prepayment amount.
Getting there
Cristiano Ronaldo Madeira International Airport is 17 kilometres away by car. The apartment is close to the Old Town, Lavradores Market, the cable car and beaches. Garage parking is in the building's basement.
