The house

Apartment IV has two bedrooms, each with one queen-size bed and a Molaflex mattress, and one bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning serves all bedrooms and living rooms. The apartment has Wi-Fi, a high-definition Smart TV, a safe, an iron and a hair dryer.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, toaster, kettle and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Washing machines and dryers are in a shared laundry room. Bed linen and towels are included. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only, and a baby travel bed is available on request.

Guests share a rooftop terrace with panoramic views of Funchal Harbour, including views of the New Year fireworks. The building has a lift and private basement garage parking. The complex's outdoor area has video surveillance.

The apartment is close to Funchal's Old Town, Lavradores Market, the cable car, beaches, museums, shopping streets, cafés, bars, gardens, bus stations and supermarkets. Cristiano Ronaldo Madeira International Airport is 17 kilometres away by car.
