The apartment has two bedrooms, each with one double bed, and one bathroom with a shower in the communal area.
Facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, an iron and a hair dryer. The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils. A washing machine is provided. Air conditioning, internet access, bed linen and towels are included.
A baby travel bed is available upon request. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided only for the first day. An optional transfer service is available at an additional cost.
Guests must collect keys at the Welcome Center in Lisbon. Check-in is from 15:00 to 23:00 daily, and checkout is before 11:00. Arrivals between 23:00 and 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 40.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected during reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash.
