House rules
No smoking or pets. A refundable €200 cash security deposit per booking is payable on arrival and returned on departure day or the day before after a thorough property inspection. Mandatory final cleaning costs €75 per booking. Tourist tax is mandatory and included in the final price; if not collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. For arrivals outside office hours, arrange key collection with the agency and pay the total amount in advance. Cancellation is without penalty until 8 days before check-in; cancellation from 7 days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor of a seafront condominium with two lifts. Casa da Guia is within 500 metres. Gym, spa, massage and indoor pool access is provided by external services on floor -1; check access conditions on site.
