The house

The 181 m² apartment is on the second floor and has a balcony and sea views. An entrance hall separates the bedroom corridor from the social area, which includes a small toilet, a living room with TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining room seats six and has a 180-degree sea view. Two bedrooms each have a double bed; the third has two single beds. Two shower bathrooms are in communal areas of the apartment.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishes and cutlery, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied only for the first day. A baby travel bed is available on request, and a transfer service is available at additional cost.

The condominium has a café and meeting area, 24-hour private security and two lifts. Outside are a shared saltwater pool overlooking the sea, a bar and lounge area, gardens and a children's play area. Outdoor opening times and maintenance conditions are not guaranteed. The gym, spa, massages and indoor pool are external services on floor -1; check access conditions on site.
