House rules

Unrented bedrooms will not be offered to other guests. Occupancy is based on two people per room until all bedrooms are rented. For each guest above 18 in a nine-bedroom rental, an additional weekly fee applies: $525 in high season and holiday weeks, $425 in mid season, or $325 in low season. Weddings incur a site fee starting at $1,000, depending on group size. A mandatory non-refundable damage insurance fee of $140 is payable with final payment; a $100 deductible applies if damage occurs. Chef service includes two meals per day; food and beverage costs are additional.

Getting there

Beach access is immediate from the terrace to the sand, with no intervening road.
