The villa has covered wraparound terraces, balconies, a private home theater, a full kitchen with marble countertops and a breakfast bar, and bedrooms with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. There are nine full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. Ceiling fans, a barbecue grill, kayaks, cable/satellite television, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer are available.
