House rules

Maximum occupancy is 18, including no more than 10 adults and 8 children at any time. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A maximum of four cars is allowed. A credit-card preauthorization of $4,900.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear to the home is prohibited. Shipping to the team's local address is available upon request for $50 per package and $75 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team. Reservations require electronic acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. Stays exceeding eight days require a scheduled In-Stay Refresh and payment; stays of at least 30 nights require additional cleaning and payment. Stays of at least 30 nights are non-refundable. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text from the Telluride InvitedHome team and depends on availability. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared for arrival.

Getting there

The home has seven total flights of stairs and may not suit guests with limited mobility. The free gondola or Chondola is a brisk 15-minute walk away in winter; complimentary Dial-A-Ride is recommended for transport to and from the slopes. Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow conditions, weather and resort operations. Nearby construction may cause occasional noise or disruption in summer; contact the team for current updates.
