The house

The 5,983-square-foot home accommodates up to 18 guests, with a maximum of 10 adults and 8 children. The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the slopes and mountains, vaulted ceilings and a stone fireplace. Views extend to the Wilson Range.

Seven bedrooms include king and queen guest rooms and a bunk room. Bedrooms One through Four have ensuite bathrooms. Additional sleeping arrangements include a twin bed with trundle in Bedroom Four and sofa beds in Bedroom Three and the common area.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes, silverware and spices, with a kitchen island and dining table. Facilities include free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, heating, televisions, a smart TV, a game room, video games, a video library, books, a stereo and a poker table. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, shampoo, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

Outdoor spaces include a balcony, uncovered deck or patio, garden or backyard, barbecue area and private hot tub. There is a garage, parking for up to four cars, a private entrance, ski storage and boot heaters. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit are provided. Backyard ski access connects to Sunshine Express and Chondola, subject to snow, weather and resort operations. Long-term stays are allowed.
