The house

Fish Cove Cottage accommodates up to six guests. The renovated home has a light-filled open floor plan, high ceilings, an open living and dining area, and sliding-door access from the dining room to the outdoor space. Two bedrooms are on the main floor; two upstairs bedrooms are connected by a second living area. The full bathroom is on the main floor and has a shower/tub combination.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, silverware, coffee-making equipment, toaster and blender. A washer and dryer, window-unit air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, cable and smart television, and a Sonos speaker system are available. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are supplied.

Outdoor facilities include an uncovered deck/patio, gas grill, hot-and-cold outdoor shower, patio table and umbrella, four beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Driveway parking accommodates three cars.

Southampton Village is a short drive away. North Sea, Little Plains and Flying Point Beach are a few miles away. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
