Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for accommodation only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs an odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00.
Getting there
The metro is within walking distance. Grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away. The Canal Boardwalk and Bay Avenue are easily accessible; Downtown Dubai, Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are minutes away.
