The house

The apartment accommodates up to 7 guests and has 3 bathrooms. The living room has a sofa, smart TV and coffee table, with a dining table and access to the private balcony.

The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops and a central island. Equipment includes a microwave, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, cookware, dishes, glasses and cutlery.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom; the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third has two single beds. A maid’s room is also available. Sleeping amenities include linens, pillows, blackout shades, closets, hangers and bedside reading lights. Bathroom facilities include a walk-in shower, bathtub, vanity, mirror, toilet and bidet, with towels, toiletries and a hair dryer.

Guests have complimentary access to the building’s shared pool, gym and other building facilities. Wi-Fi, parking, drinks, tea and coffee are complimentary. Air conditioning, a washing machine, elevator, iron, electronic safe and baby crib are available. The apartment is suitable for children and infants. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first-aid kit and a fire extinguisher.

A concierge and dedicated Guest Experience Manager are available 24/7. The Guest Experience Manager meets guests on arrival. The metro is within walking distance, and grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away.
