House rules
Maximum occupancy is 12 people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. All reservations require final homeowner approval and completion of the required electronic Terms and Conditions. A credit card must be on file before arrival codes are sent. Early check-in and late checkout require authorization by text from the Telluride InvitedHome team and depend on availability. A credit card preauthorization of $3,500.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear to the home is prohibited; shipping to the local office is available on request for $50 / package and $75 for larger items. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and payment. Stays of at least 30 nights require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team.
Getting there
Ski-in/walk-to-ski-out access includes 100 steps to ski access. Ski in from Polar Queen Express or the bottom of Prospect Bowl via the service road to the back of the house. Mountain Village's Dial-a-Ride is available between the home and gondola. Parking is limited to four cars. The hot tub is temporarily unavailable due to town water restrictions effective June 16, 2026.
