The house

The 4,289-square-foot home has five full bathrooms and one half bathroom, plus a 1,500-square-foot multi-tier deck with outdoor dining and a grill. The main living room has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the forest and mountains, a fireplace and a vaulted beamed ceiling. The open kitchen includes high-end appliances, an island with bar seating and a dining table, along with a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and drip coffee maker.

The main-level king suite has a TV, fireplace, balcony access and an ensuite with a soaking tub, shower and dual vanity. Four bedrooms are on the lower level: a king guest suite with a TV, fireplace, patio access and an ensuite with a soaking tub, shower and dual vanity; a king guest bedroom with an ensuite; a split-king guest bedroom with an ensuite; and a bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk and twin trundle. A separate lower-level living/sleeping area has a pull-out sectional sofa and flat-screen TV.

Facilities include a sauna, game room with arcade games, ski room, laundry room with washer and dryer, garage, workspace and free Wi-Fi. A hot tub is on the lower deck, but is temporarily unavailable due to town water restrictions effective June 16, 2026. Mountain Village's Dial-a-Ride serves the home and gondola. Longer stays are also allowed.
