Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. A damage deposit of 400.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. Optional air conditioning costs 20€/night. Optional oil central heating costs 20€/night, with seasonal schedules beginning in October and ending in April. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€/guest/night in low season and 2.2€/guest/night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt.
