The house

The 317 m² house extends over three floors. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor, three bedrooms on the first floor and a double bedroom on the second floor. The first-floor bedrooms comprise two doubles and one twin; one has an en-suite bathroom. Three additional bathrooms serve the house: two with showers on the first floor and one with a bathtub on the ground floor. Air conditioning serves one bedroom and the living-dining room. A cot and high chair are available.

The living-dining room has two sofas and satellite television, while a separate dining area has a long table with two benches. The independent kitchen-dining room has a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. Oil central heating runs throughout the accommodation; air conditioning and heating carry optional charges. Wi-Fi is free.

Outside are a large artificial-grass garden, terrace, sun loungers, parasols and two porches. One porch has a barbecue, wood oven and outdoor kitchen. The chlorine pool measures 10 × 5 m and is 0.7–2 m deep. Exterior parking accommodates five cars, with covered parking also available.

Campos is 3 km away, with supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, shops, banks and a medical centre. Palma is 30 km away. Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. Check-in starts at 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. A damage deposit and tourist tax are payable on arrival.
