Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt. Pool heating requires five days’ notice and is available only in March, April, May and October, subject to availability. Electricity consumption is taken into account; consult the advertiser for possible charges.

Costa dels Pins Beach is 1 km away; Son Servera town is 4 km away. Exterior parking accommodates three cars.
