The house

The house has private outdoor areas surrounded by trees and Mediterranean plants, a dining porch, barbecue, six hammocks and an outdoor shower. The oval chlorine pool measures 4.5 × 3 m and is 0.80–1.20 m deep. Pool heating is available only in March, April, May and October, subject to availability and five days’ notice. Electricity consumption is taken into account; consult the advertiser for possible charges.

The living-dining room has satellite TV and air conditioning. The kitchen has a ceramic hob and microwave. A separate laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms: one with two single beds and two with one double bed and a wardrobe each. One double bedroom opens onto the garden. Additional air conditioning is in the corridor leading to the bedrooms. The two bathrooms comprise one with a shower and one with a bathtub. A cot and high chair are provided for guests travelling with a baby. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for three cars are available.
