The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.

Son Sant Joan Airport is 38 km away, Port d’Alcúdia ferry terminal is 21 km away, Alcanada Golf is 22 km away, and Hospital Comarcal d’Inca is 6.6 km away. Outdoor parking accommodates four cars. Air conditioning operates only from 20:00 to 05:00.
