The villa stands within a fenced plot with lawn areas, mountain views and privacy. The private saltwater pool measures 8.5 × 4.5 m and is 0.6–1.7 m deep. Outside are six sun loungers, a shower, a toilet and a porch with barbecue facilities.
The living room has satellite TV and opens onto an air-conditioned kitchen with a gas cooktop, microwave, oven and dining table. A separate laundry room contains a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for four cars are available.
Downstairs are three bedrooms with wardrobes: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. Upstairs is a double bedroom with a dressing room and a TV without satellite channels.
