The house sits on the heights of Lézardrieux in Côtes-d’Armor, facing Roche aux Oiseaux. Renovated by its owners, it has a large, bright living area opening onto the landscape, a landscaped garden and a terrace. Each room opens onto sea views.
Four bedrooms provide one queen bed, two double beds and two single beds. Each bedroom has its own shower area. The bathroom inventory comprises one shower room, one bathroom with a toilet and bathtub, and two bathrooms with a toilet and shower.
