Before you book
House rules
All rooms must be paid for in advance; the reservation is not valid until payment is registered, and the access code is not issued before payment. Check-in information is sent by SMS and/or email when the room is ready. Guests must leave by 11:00 according to the practical information and check-out section; the FAQ separately gives 12:00, so confirm the departure time. Extra beds are available for an additional charge. Rooms are cleaned at the end of the stay and weekly for longer stays; extra cleaning may be arranged.
Getting there
The hotel is in central Svolvær, next to Svolvær Square and Lofoten Cultural Centre. The bus station, taxi, express boat and Hurtigruten are nearby.
