When can guests check in?
The room is ready by 16:00 on the arrival day. Guests receive an access code when the room is ready and may enter after that.
When must guests leave on departure day?
Guests must leave by 11:00 according to the practical information and check-out section. A separate FAQ says guests may leave by 12:00; confirm the correct time with the owner.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Free, fast wireless internet is available in rooms and common areas.
How often are rooms cleaned?
Rooms are cleaned at the end of the stay and weekly during longer stays. Extra cleaning can be selected when booking or arranged in advance.
Can guests add an extra bed?
An extra bed can be arranged for an additional charge.
