House rules
No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional visitors and pets require prior approval. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report any breakages. A breach of house rules may lead to a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Mandatory identity verification through a secure Stripe ID link must be completed before check-in details are shared. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after checkout. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and an additional charge; booking the preceding or an additional night is offered as a way to guarantee extended access, subject to availability. At checkout, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, return moved furniture, take rubbish to the correct bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows. Check for personal belongings before departure. Retrieval of forgotten items is not guaranteed; found items may be returned within Australia for postage and service fees. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions. Booking protection through Travel Support covers lost baggage and emergency medical expenses with claims up to 500 AUD, subject to terms and conditions.
Getting there
Steps are required to reach the front entrance. Driveway parking is limited to four vehicles. Local buses connect Kambah with Tuggeranong and other parts of Canberra; central Canberra and Canberra Airport are accessible by car.
