The house

The house has timber flooring through the main living spaces, a private entrance and separate sleeping, dining and lounge areas. Each of the three bedrooms has one double bed, bedside tables and lamps, with wardrobe storage and hangers. Ducted heating runs throughout the home; air conditioning serves the lounge and dining zone. Hotel-style linen with a three-sheet setup is provided.

The lounge has a four-seat sofa and a TV with free-to-air channels and streaming apps. The dining table seats six and doubles as a laptop-friendly surface. Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. The kitchen includes an electric cooktop and oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, capsule-compatible coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cookware, crockery, glassware and utensils.

The bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub, with a hair dryer provided. The private laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is no dryer; a clothes airer is provided. Towels, bed linen and basic toiletries are supplied, along with a small welcome amenity pack.

Outside, there is a private furnished outdoor area and a garden or backyard. Free onsite driveway parking accommodates up to four vehicles. Steps are required to reach the front entrance. Self-check-in is available, with onsite key collection.

Kambah is a suburban base for exploring Canberra and the Tuggeranong region. Local buses connect Kambah with Tuggeranong and other parts of Canberra. Central Canberra and Canberra Airport are accessible by car via major arterial roads. Long-term stays are also allowed, and the home is suitable for children aged 2–12.
