Sliding doors lead to a private lanai with umbrella-shaded seating, landscaped gardens and fairway views. Oversized tile flooring runs through the living spaces.
The remodeled kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters, wood cabinetry and ample storage. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, ice machine, dishes and utensils. The primary bedroom has a ceiling fan, TV, large closet and golf-course views. Both guest bedrooms are upstairs. The remodeled primary ensuite has dual sinks and a shower; a shared full bathroom is upstairs and a half bathroom is downstairs.
The home includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, a private entrance and a smoke detector. Community facilities include a shared pool, hot tub, BBQ grills and tennis courts. The pool, spa, recreation area and pavilion are closed for improvements from September 8 through November 9, 2026.
