House rules
Monthly rentals only, with a 29-night minimum and a fixed 30-day billing basis; stays are not prorated. Guests pay electricity usage above $500/month. Children are welcome. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the villa, on balconies and patios, and in all common areas, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes and marijuana. Violations may result in penalties, cleaning charges or eviction.
Getting there
Ko Olina's lagoons, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Honolulu is a 30-minute drive away. A car is recommended. Parking is limited to two assigned stalls for compact or mid-size vehicles; oversized SUVs and trucks are not permitted, and there is no street or public parking. The townhome has two stories, with both guest bedrooms upstairs.
