House rules
Maximum occupancy is 12 people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances because of a homeowner allergy. A credit card preauthorization of $3,500.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages and ski gear to the home is prohibited; shipping to the local office address is available upon request for $25 per package and $50 for larger items. Contact the Reservation Team for more information. Reservations require an electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. For reservations exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange a paid In-Stay Refresh. Stays of 30 nights or more require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. Early check-in and late check-out require authorization by text message from a Vail InvitedHome team member and depend on availability. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared for arrival.
Getting there
The ski shuttle is within walking distance. Walking trails are accessible from the front door, and Vail Village is a 10-minute bike ride away. Parking is limited to four spaces. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
