The house

The 4,556-square-foot home has mountain views, an open living space, a kitchen with an island breakfast bar, a dining table and a gas fireplace. There are five full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Four bedrooms each have a king bed; the fifth has two bunk beds, and the common area has a sofa bed.

Facilities include a theater room, hot tub, balcony, BBQ area, games, stereo, smart TV and ski storage. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a standard drip coffee maker and an espresso machine. A washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, hair dryer and shampoo are provided. The home has heating, hot water, a private entrance and a private living room. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are provided.

Free Wi-Fi and a desk/workspace are available. Air conditioning serves only the main and upper levels; the lowest level has no air conditioning. Free parking accommodates four vehicles: two in the driveway and two in the garage. Walking trails are accessible from the front door, the ski shuttle is within walking distance, and Vail Village is a 10-minute bike ride away. Long-term stays are also allowed.
