The home accommodates up to nine guests. The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite, walk-in robe, television, ceiling fan, balcony access and air conditioning. The other bedrooms contain a single bed, two single bunk beds and a double bed. The open-plan living area has a television, DVD player and fireplace. Smart TVs, linen, smoke alarms, a fully equipped kitchen and an internal laundry are provided. Outdoor spaces include a bushland-facing deck, balcony and courtyard with barbecue facilities.
The main bathroom has a shower, bath, spa bath, vanity and separate toilet; the ensuite has a shower, vanity and toilet. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two.
