No pets. Parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks events, are prohibited. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless agreed in advance, stays are for private residential use only and occupancy must match the number of guests on the booking. Notify the manager if the guest count changes. Peak-period bookings may be subject to forced move-in days under the booking terms.
Getting there
The home is opposite Great Otway National Park and a short walk from the beach. Fairhaven Beach is 1.6 km away, Boonah Coastal Reserve is 1.0 km away, and Split Point Lookout, Eagle Rock Marine Sanctuary and Eagles Nest Fine Art Gallery are each 3.3 km away. The master bedroom is upstairs.
